How many photos can PhotoWallet store?
You can upload and store up to 100 photos via the app. You can customize how often they rotate on the E-Ink display.

What colors can it display？
The four-color e-ink display supports black, white, red, and yellow.

Is the E-Ink screen always on? Does it use a lot of power?
Yes, the screen stays on, but it uses ultra-low power - that’s why one charge lasts up to 8 months!

How do I charge it?
Just place it on any wireless charging pad. A full charge takes only 10 minutes and lasts up to 8 months.

Does the PhotoWallet tracking have a distance limitation?... or will it work a mile away from my phone?
Every smartphone acts like a base station: PhotoWallet continuously uses Bluetooth to obtain GPS locations from nearby phones. It then uploads the location data to the backend via the detected phones, meaning there’s no distance limitation

How often is the location updated, min, max, typical/average times?
The update frequency mainly depends on nearby devices since our Bluetooth broadcasts in real-time.
Right now, the range covers a 100-meters.

Does this product's tracking function support iOS and Android simultaneously?
Currently, PhotoWallet does not support simultaneous connection to both iOS and Android. Our tests have shown that supporting both systems at the same time leads to excessive power consumption. We recommend choosing the version that matches your phone’s operating system. Thank you for your understanding.

 Are nearby phones notified that the PhotoWallet is nearby?
When PhotoWallet comes within range of Apple or Android devices in the Find My network, those devices will securely relay its location to the iOS and Android cloud—all silently, without any notifications.

Are there and subscriptions or ongoing fees to use the tacking function?
No additional fees are required. Whether you have an iPhone or an Android phone, you can use the tracking feature directly.

Is PhotoWallet waterproof?
Yes. It has an IP65 rating, meaning it’s resistant to rain, splashes, and everyday spills

Can the wallet be used without the app?
Yes, the core wallet functions—such as carrying cards and RFID protection—work without the app. However, to upload photos, you’ll need to use our free PhotoWallet app. For tracking features, you’ll need the Apple Find My app (iOS) or the Android Find My Device app.

How loud is the built-in buzzer?
Very loud - up to 90dB. Enough to find it even if it’s buried under a couch or inside luggage.
