Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or put into production.
Once your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Returns (If Applicable)
We accept returns.
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.
Customers are only required to pay for shipping once, including return shipping.
No restocking fees will be charged for returns.
